About The Role

The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing our sales processes, managing our HubSpot CRM, supporting financial forecasting, and creatively packaging SaaS offerings with a keen eye on gross margins. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy professional with prior experience in SaaS sales operations. The position is remote or preferably in the greater Los Angeles area. This candidate will report directly to the VP, Sales and work closely with its CRO and Finance organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • CRM Management:
    • Administer and optimize our HubSpot CRM database, including customizations, integrations, and data hygiene
    • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to the sales team and leadership
  • Financial Modeling & Forecasting:
    • Collaborate with sales and finance teams to build and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline metrics
    • Analyze trends and contribute to budget planning and revenue projections
  • SaaS Offering Optimization:
    • Assist in designing and packaging creative SaaS offerings tailored to customer needs and market trends
    • Ensure alignment with gross margin targets and operational feasibility
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and scalability across sales operations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company objectives

Basic Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales operations or related role within a late stage SaaS company
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM, including setup, customization, and reporting.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in sales forecasting and revenue modeling.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models, including pricing strategies and gross margin optimization
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset for problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
